Where are you creating balance in your work day, home day, every day, life today? Book in for an appointment today! #acupuncture #moxibustion #livinginbalance #healthyfood #health #healthybody #wellbeingjourney #lovemybody #wellbeing #stayhealthy #
Winter draws us into deep yin… where stillness restores and essence is protected. It is the season of Kidney energy, the water element and our emotion of fear. When we meet that fear with care, it transforms into wisdom and quiet strength.
Autumn teaches us to let go, not as a loss, but as preparation.

In yangsheng, we call this xu or emptiness. Making space in your day, your body, your heart.

Can you sit for five minutes with no agenda? Let your breath fall, let your thoughts pass.
